5 Stars isn't enough. Jerry is an absolute all-star host, and after this trip, it's easy to see why he has Superhost status. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The vehicle was spotless, exceptionally well maintained, and drove perfectly. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his fleet. Jerry himself is fantastic to deal with, friendly, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. If you're looking at multiple options on Turo, stop searching and book with Jerry. You won't regret it. His car made my trip and I'll be booking with him again every chance I get. Nice truck, drives great and very comfy..left passenger brake and signal light was not working but overall experience was very good and charles was very responsive, easy pick up and drop off..thanks charles.
Highly recommend renting from Joys. The car is well maintained and was super clean. There is also an extra charging cable and telephone stand for easy navigation. I also appreciate flexibility with pick up and drop off location. Delivering to Port Moody station is convenient if you are taking public transportation.
