Location VUS

The SUV was as described and ran great! My family of 4 fit perfectly and the vehicle was easy to locate in an easily accessible parking garage. At the end of our rental we filled up with gas and returned it to the same location. Made our day trip easy and enjoyable!

It took a week and many messages to get my parking credit corrected. Everything else was a good experience. The hosts helped with eventually getting my money back. Turo customer service was beyond awful. They did not want to give me my money back even though they advertised that they will credit back all of the airport garage parking charge.

I had a great experience using Turo for the first time. Jaden was a fantastic host. The car was exactly as described. Jaden was quick to reply when I had questions. I had no issues with the host. However, Turo does not include the cost of the insurance ($100 for the option I chose for a week and you have to have it), nor the cost of getting the car out of the parking garage at the airport ($25!) in the price they quote. Factor in those costs when considering to rent. Only go with a superstar host. Thanks, Jaden. You get a 5-star from me because I’m not holding Turo’s practices against you.

We rented this vehicle for a week. We selected to pick up at the SeaTac airport parking garage. The host provided very clear and precise instructions on how and where to pick up the car. The vehicle runs very smoothly and everything works perfectly. We explored the Olympic peninsula for a few days and Seattle for a few more. The host provided reminders regarding drop-off and detailed instruction for the vehicle’s return to the airport parking garage. Overall, it was a very smooth process and very convenient to have the car waiting for us at the airport as opposed to having to shuttle or Uber to go pick it up. We will definitely book through Turo for our next trip.

Heidi a été très prévenant tant avant que après la location de son véhicule. Son véhicule ayant été légèrement accidenté peu avant mon départ sur l'aile arrière droite, il m'a tout de suite rassuré sur le sujet. Idem pour la jauge à carburant qui indiquait une quantité inférieure au 100%. Le véhicule est confortable et agréable pour les grands trajets. Sur le retour, j'ai eu un soucis avec un voyant moteur (sans impact sur le trajet). Lors de la restitution Heidi a été très bienveillant en s'excusant pour le désagrément et m'a offert en compensation du plein de carburant les kilomètres supplémentaires. J'ai même eu la chance d'être raccompagné jusqu'à la station de RER. Merci Heidi.

Je dois dire que l’expérience a été impeccable. La conduite était fluide et sécuritaire, même sous la pluie : les essuie-glaces faisaient un excellent travail et la visibilité restait top. Le CarPlay a bien fonctionné, et l’espace était plus que suffisant. Sur les routes de chez nous, la suspension a vraiment bien absorbé les imperfections, et le confort était au rendez-vous. Le son des haut-parleurs m’a permis de profiter pleinement du trajet. En prime, la communication avec Quentin a été super et je n’ai rencontré aucun souci durant tout mon séjour. Bref, une expérience au top que je recommande!

We took my son to Alaska to celebrate his graduation from high school. My wife suggested going with Turo. The company that provided the vehicle was Caribou Auto Rentals. I wasn't sure what to expect with this experience as we usually go with the regular companies like Hertz, Enterprise, etc. However, I was pleasantly surprised end-to-end and would encourage others to give this a shot. There was solid communication throughout. We got picked up from the airport and it took us to the designated car lot where the vehicle was waiting. They gave us a code thru the app and by email for the lockbox that was attached to the window and the key was inside. We showed a picture of a pass they provided to exit the lot and the same when we returned the vehicle. We got an older SUV that had 100K + miles but it worked just fine. It had some scratches and bumps on the exterior, which I think is to be expected, but we took a video before we started driving it and another when we returned it. The interior was VERY clean. And one thing that definitely stands out regarding the whole experience, besides it being a great deal, was the communication. The responsiveness to any messages was excellent and that went a long way. I would recommend this service to others and would use it again myself!

Car was presented clean and very spacious for our family weekend trip, easy access to get into, just a small mishap trying to upload photos to end the trip took 1hr20mins to upload photos. It a nice suv I love it

Luz’s Bronco was a BEAST! It was such a fun toy to drive around Miami in for the long weekend we were in town. Absolutely loved all of the features, and of course, the overall look of the vehicle. It was EXACTLY as pictured. Honestly, it was even better in person. Remember to be mindful of maximum heights in parking garages, as it sits pretty high. We didn’t take it into any garages with a maximum height less than 7’ just to be safe. Absolutely no issues with the vehicle itself, or working with Luz. From the initial booking to the drop off, she was so kind and accommodating. We are in the market for a Bronco and this trip sealed the deal for us. It was truly an 11/10 rental! Thank you again Luz, for your hospitality! You helped to make our visit to Miami one to remember!

Process getting and returning car went well. Good communication. Price not so good 820 dollars for one week. My son rented the car couple months ago for 200 less. Disappointed that FSD was removed in the interval As a safety feature should have FSD at all times. A bit of a hidden fee I believe 40 dollars car handling parking garage etc. The car was in good shape. I would recommend but keep an eye on the final fee. Aside from that, electric vehicles have challenges, finding a charging spot for one. Not sure a premium price is warranted. The Turo experience has changed over the years. Seems more like an insurance purchase. Lastely, taking all the pictures of the car before and after is not fun. I know it's needed and have been screwed on prior rentals A bit of a long post hope it helps.

This was a perfect car for my one week trip, traveling between states. Host was very communicative and gave clear instructions for pick up / drop off. The airport pickup was smooth, and so was drop off at a local parking garage with free shuttle to the airport. Very grateful.
