Pickup was quick and easy right out of the airport, and Chase was very friendly and informative.
The Macan was very clean and looked brand-new. Was a fun car and the parking sensors helped immensely in the city.
We got a flat tire fairly early in the trip and Chase did everything he could to help get it fixed, from finding repair shops to offering a temporary vehicle. We managed to get it patched and the vehicle was great the rest of the trip.
Oh wow! Thank you for such a glowing review Dennis. But you mentioned it, car troubles surely does not discriminate. New, old, luxury or economy. Sometimes facing the unpredictable is when the true service of hosts get tested. I was very happy to help. My only goal is to get you back on the road and enjoying! Chase provided an exceptional Turo experience from start to finish. The Porsche was in immaculate condition,clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was seamless, pickup and drop-off were effortless, and every detail was handled professionally. Chase takes great pride in both the vehicle and the customer experience.
