car had engine light on, the sunroof got jammed at some point

Good but I think this vehicle has seen better days if I’m honest. However we got to and from our destination with no problems :)

The car was perfect for our trip. Very spacious and comfortable. We picked up the car 5 minutes after our rental time began but still had to pay $28 in parking fees when we left the lot even though the first thirty minutes in the lot should be free. We were very confused as to why we should incur that cost when we picked the car up immediately. Otherwise, it was a great car to rent.

Regarding the parking fee, airport parking is managed directly by the airport and the timing is based on when the vehicle enters the lot, which unfortunately is outside of our control. The car was fine but unfortunately we had issues at the moment to pick it up and the lack of communication almost made us to change our plans.
