The car is great quality. This was traveling with my family to Vancouver for the first time. We arrived in rain (which happens a lot there), and car was parked uncovered at the top of the garage. Then the car was locked, while getting soaked had to wait for someone to show up and unlock the car. Loading all of our bags, car seats, was a lot in the rain and after waiting in the cold for a while. I have a 9 month old, and two other kids, not ideal in the rain. We did receive a small credit for the parking, meaning to credit towards the parking for the higher fee for still being there. No personal touch, like a day free or checking in with us at all during the trip after a start and experience like that. At the end, no clear instructions where to park, I made assumption same place where we picked up. The fees are high for parking at the airport and you pay those fees per host. I suggest to park car in covered area in the future, which is available at the airport, but also give clear instructions where to pick up and drop off.

Turo requires vehicles to be delivered to the P3 parkade at the trip start time, otherwise host are subject to penalties. You picked up the vehicle almost 2 hour after the trip starts and the additional parking fees resulted from the delayed pickup.
We also reached out before trip end to help minimize any further fees and compromised your early return.
It’s honestly disappointing for us to receive this kind of review despite our efforts to be transparent and helpful :(
