Great car all around! Good on gas and smooth ride. The host was also great! Kept in contact thru the whole process. Thank you Jad!

Car was clean, smelled good, host was responsive, punctual and pick-up

Car was 2015, clean, and price wasn’t bad but host didn’t say anything about all the warning lights and low tire pressure lights that were on the dashboard! They said their mechanic shop checked it out and said it was safe, but then why rent out a car with safety warning lights, just get it fixed and then rent it out!
It has AC, but on a warm sunny day drive to Niagara Falls, it couldn’t keep up, when the sun went down and cooled off, it became a pleasure to drive. Again, if you plan to rent out a 2015 car, make sure to disclose everything.

Thank you for the feedback. We take maintenance very seriously. The vehicle was checked by multiple mechanics, and the O2 warning was confirmed as a common sensor issue that did not affect operation, which we explained in advance to avoid cancelling the trip. The A/C was also checked and working properly; during the trip it was set to the windshield rather than the cabin vents. When concerns were raised, we immediately offered return or replacement options, but received no response until dropoff
This host is amazing and great. They are very nice and kind.
