The Lexus IS F Sport was immaculate — pristine inside and out, no scratches, and still carrying that new-car scent. The red exterior paired with the peanut soft leather interior felt upscale and refined, and the tinted windows added the perfect finishing touch. We rented this white 2019 Lexus ES for 5 days and had a great experience from start to finish. The car was very clean, comfortable, and easy to drive. Pickup was seamless and even more impressive considering I had to change the pickup location with very little notice. Marcus’s team responded quickly and made sure the car was waiting for me at the airport without any hassle. The car itself was exactly what you want while traveling: smooth ride, felt safe, and handled everything with ease. One thing I really appreciated was that it actually smelled clean. Not covered up with artificial fragrances. If you know, you know. It truly felt like a well-kept, cared-for vehicle. We were in Arizona for a soccer tournament, and my husband was impressed with how nice the car was for driving to and from games all over the Phoenix area.
