The trip itself was good, and pickup was easy and straightforward. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue when returning the vehicle. It would not start due to what appeared to be a security/immobilizer issue, which caused an unexpected delay and a stressful return process.
After the trip, the host submitted an invoice requesting payment for a key fob reprogramming. I disputed the charge because the vehicle was functioning normally throughout my rental until the return. The matter was reviewed by Turo's Customer Support team, and they determined that I was not responsible for the invoice, so I was not required to pay it.
Aside from the issue at the end of the trip, the vehicle itself met my needs, and the pickup process was easy.
