The pick up location was good. The car was in decent condition and got me where I needed to go to and the air-conditioning worked fine.

Very pleased with how the vehicle handled. Also the added bonus of being picked up and dropped off from the airport rather than searching a parking garage for the vehicle was very convenient.

Easy pick up. Once at location just have to go inside and pick up the key. Thank you.

Franklin is a great host. He met me with the keys and was super friendly and nice. He answered any questions I may have had. Pick up and drop off was very easy. Franklin vehicle was smelling good and extra clean inside and out, you can tell he takes very good care of his vehicle, and it drives and rides very smoothly. Pick up is confusing at first cause the location is already surrounded by a lot of cars & the entrance is on the side of the building. The car is a smooth drive tho - actually impressed by the Buick. Host is friendly and staff there have a good energy.

I had the pleasure of renting the Buick Verano from Monday through Saturday, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. From the moment I picked it up, I could tell this car was well cared for. It was clean, comfortable, and felt reliable right away. Throughout the week, the Verano made every drive enjoyable. It had the perfect balance of comfort and performance — quiet on the road, smooth handling, and great on gas. Whether I was running errands around town or driving longer stretches, it never missed a beat. The seats were comfortable for extended drives, and the car had just the right features to make things convenient without being overly complicated. The host was fantastic as well — easy to communicate with, professional, and accommodating. Pickup and drop-off were quick and simple, and I appreciated how straightforward the whole process was. It really took the stress out of renting and let me just focus on enjoying the car. Overall, this was one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. The Buick Verano was dependable, clean, and enjoyable to drive, and the host made everything seamless. I would absolutely be a returning customer every time I’m in town and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable ride in the Nashville area.

Easy pick up and drop off. A lot of cars in the lot so just be aware that you find yours. But host has great communication, car drives great, ac is COLD! which is amazing in this Florida heat. Great experience, will definitely rent again!!

Chip was super awesome and helpful pick up was easy and fast he even was super helpful when it came to me wanting to pick the car up a little earlier he explained to me how to request it was very fast to reply as well this car ran great on me and my girlfriends out of state trip had no issues whatsoever and it was great on gas to and not to mention comfortable 10 outta 10 service and car!

Everything from pick up to drop off and in between was extremely easy. Kaitlyn communicated openly and frequently. This car was well taken care of with lots of amenities. I would absolutely recommend both this car and Kaitlyn.

Car quality was perfect for what I needed. Pick up and drop off wasn’t bad but just wish at pickup had more clear instructions on how exactly to get to car. I was beyond confused at first not knowing if it’s in close lot or if I had to take shuttle. Also should have been told about fee to get out of parking lot. she did answer me right away when I was messaging her though. Would definitely rent again
