The car was fine, however the pickup was a problem. The car was not at the location provided. I spent 30 minutes in the pouring rain carrying luggage trying to find the car and contact the host. I finally received a response letting me know it had been moved and providing the correct location. No apology was offered. It was a fairly substantial error that resulted in a sopping wet 45 minute delay. After expressing concern and requesting some accountability a $10 refund was offered and no apology. The response seemed inadequate. Still no apology or any amount of refund processed. However, on drop off, a representative was present and was kind enough to offer a 5 minute ride to the airport rather than having to train or taxi which was kind and appreciated.
