The First Gentleman that handed me keys seemed a little rude? That can be overlooked. The car for the most part matches description however, the back up camera was not operational and apparently they were aware of the issue but failed to disclose before I started my trip. Drop was smooth except if your leaving outside the gate there maybe an extensive waiting period because the gate I only opened by a vehicle.

Hi, I just want to say that overall my experience was great!
I often have to fly to LA for work and usually rent a car, but prices were outrageously high and I decided to use Turo this time.
Techiia’s prices are pretty reasonable in my opinion, the car was clean and I really liked it. It didn’t smell bad like usually some rentals do, which I appreciated.
Instructions were clear and communication was excellent, especially when my flight was delayed about two hours. I do have to mention that the backup camera doesn’t work, in case that’s important to others.
