I had a great experience renting this vehicle. From the beginning, the arrival process was smooth, and the car was very, very clean when we received it. I had specifically requested that the Bluetooth work properly, and it was functioning perfectly.
The vehicle drove great overall, and the customer service from Phil, Jorge, and the entire team was really, really awesome. They have a large fleet of around 150 vehicles, so they are very quick to respond, and they offer 24/7 service. Everyone we dealt with was kind, professional, and helpful.
The only issue we experienced was shortly after leaving the airport. Within about two minutes, we noticed a noise coming from the left front wheel, particularly whenever we would turn right. We immediately contacted them, and they were very quick to respond. They told us that if anything happened, they would change the vehicle and do whatever they could to make sure we were taken care of.
Fortunately, we were able to use the vehicle for the entire 10 days without any further problems. They also told us they would have the wheel issue fixed before renting the vehicle to another customer, and that they planned to address it the same day we returned the car, September 1st.
What I really appreciated was that we were not responsible for the issue, but they immediately took responsibility and accountability and offered different solutions. That gave us a lot of confidence and showed that they genuinely care about their customers and the next person who rents the vehicle.
Overall, great service, great communication, and a great car. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and handled the situation. I would definitely recommend them and would rent from them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
