Great first Turo experience and first time driving an EV. Loved the Tesla: quiet, comfortable, and the self-driving features were great. The return was a little awkward due to needing to charge elsewhere and a change in the drop off parking location, then having to walk the key to the lockbox in original pickup location in an alleyway, but overall a great experience and I’d definitely rent again.
Great experience! Context: was touring BC for a week. Pickup was smooth, and Jess was great to deal with. The car was spotless, tidy, and drove like butter especially on the highways, but equally smooth and comfortable around the city. Comfortable seats, cruise control, air con and a hybrid, what more do you need? I wouldn’t look anywhere else!

Superb communication all the way. Rakesh was a great guy to deal with and the car is like new. As for FSD... Just wow! We drove all over BC on a 10 day road trip visiting family and friends and I did 99% on FSD, literally I drove some underground parking, FSD did the rest. I highly recommend.
This car was so great on case and easy to locate. A very easy stress free process that made our trip better. Jordan was very responsive and easy to deal with. We are very thankful for the easy set up, the minimally expensive gas it required and that we were able to extend our check out time.
