Carlos set the bar high for my first turo experience! He walked me through everything, communication was great, location pick up was easy and the car was nice and clean!

This car is new, clean and exactly as described! This Toyota Corolla drove smoothly and had incredible gas mileage. Traveling as a single woman, I appreciated how safe the pick up location was. There is a free shuttle from PHX airport to the parking garage where you will pick up the car. Instructions were very clear and simple as well! Will most definitely rent again.

Everything was great like I said an ad the car is good and location. Pick up is perfect I was able to find the car. Awesome experience thank you.

My party had a great time riding in her Toyota Land Cruiser. And I definitely enjoyed driving it! The vehicle is fairly new with low mileage, interior was vacuumed or the previous drivers didn’t track in a lot of sand, dirt, etc, and the exterior was not dirty. I had a delightful experience coordinating with Xinxiu to rent her Toyota Land Cruiser. And Xinxiu is very responsive, accommodated my arrival and departure times so pick up the vehicles. I would be happy to rent Xinxiu’s Toyota Land Cruiser again. Regarding the pickup location, depending on which Terminal your flight is assigned to deplane you and other passengers from; walking with your luggage from your Terminal to the International Parking Garage may be a hike–especially if you have young travelers not acclimated to Hawaii's weather. I recommend staying indoors as you walk along and through each baggage claim area until the walkway leads you out of baggage claim and outside along the sidewalk (curbside pickup) towards International Parking Garage. Lastly, make a mental note of where the vehicle entrance to the International Parking Garage is located. If you plot the directions using Google Maps, it MAY--or WILL make you drive ~15 minutes out of HNL and take you to "departure's parking garage for Terminal 1". Everything was wonderful. The pick up and drop off location were very convenient! Carlos was very very responsive to all our queries The car was very clean when we picked up as promised. I give five star review to Carlos and his Toyota SUV!

Our Toyota Sienna rental with JP exceeded expectations from beginning to end. The pickup process was smooth and hassle-free. The location of the vehicle was conveniently accessible which made a HUGE difference when trying to navigate through a busy airport after a long flight with 4 cranky children and 6 pieces of luggage + additional bags. The Sienna was very clean, spacious, and drove beautifully. The sliding doors and roomy interior made loading our children and luggage effortless. For reference, we were able to fit a 28" suitcase, 6x 22" suitcases, 4 backpacks and a full sized Chicco stroller, all without being cramped. One of the standout features was the large touchscreen, which made navigating GPS incredibly easy. The phone-to-screen projection worked seamlessly, allowing us to use maps, calls, and music safely without fumbling with our phones. The van also had several charging outlets which came in clutch for recharging devices on the go. Another big plus is JP offered a variety of car seat rental options, making it easy to accommodate both our 6-year-old and 1-year-old. The selection was convenient, budget-friendly, and gave us peace of mind and ease while traveling. Communications with JP was A++, the instructions were clear, and he was available to reach 24/7, even with it being so close to the holidays. He was extremely personable and easy to work with. He sent videos and photos on how to pick up + return which was incredibly helpful. Returning the Sienna was an equally smooth process as pick up. Thank you JP for a wonderful experience!! Our family would 100% highly recommend and would definitely rent from JP when we visit FL again!! 10 STARS!!

The pick up process was a little chaotic. Our flight arrived early and the host did communicate that someone would drop the car off to us. We ended up meeting them in the parking garage because the arrival pickup lane was insane. SEA-TAC is a huge airport so I would recommend arranging the pick up location prior to arrival. We have used turo a lot and from past experiences we locate the car with a key lock box which is less stressful. When dropping off the host was very accommodating and we greatly appreciated the flexibility! The car was great!! It is hybrid so the gas mileage was excellent. It has some flaws but nothing major. We would rent from host again! Excellent experience.

The pick up location was nice and easy at the short term parking airport. It was an easy process. The vehicle did exactly what i needed it to do which was move me from point A to B with no problems. It’s a Toyota. Not looking for luxury or style just something good on gas to get you around this is a great option.

This was my first time renting a car from Turo. It was such a wonderful experience! First, the pickup and return were easy, no waiting, no need to be transported to another location. Much appreciated our Host, Bruce for going above and beyond changing our pick up/drop-off into Airport. There were welcome cookies and $10 bill to help pay for parking. Bruce is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating which made the entire experience seamless. The car was clean and well-maintained inside and out. We were extremely impressed by the excellent condition. It was a great ride to see Haleakala National Park. Would definitely rent again and recommend to friends visiting Maui.

The Toyota Camry ran great and was clean upon pickup. It drove smoothly during the 2 days of use and was great on gas. Picked up the car in a Parking Garage at Dallas Love Field airport and the instructions provided were clear/ easy to follow. Communication was supportive as they reached out in the beginning and towards the end of the trip. I appreciate the nice rental y’all provided, do book with them!

Pick up was simple - took the SkyTram directly from the airport and walked just a bit to the parking lot. The two things that tripped us up at pickup were: 1. The license plate in the listing picture isn’t the same as the actual car. BUT the instructions included a picture of where the car was parked so we were able to find it pretty easily. 2. The lockbox is on a big wall of lockboxes vs. on the car itself. This was included in the ‘lockbox location’ bit of the instructions, but didn’t make sense to us right away since we hadn’t seen it before. Not actual problems with the experience - just noting in case it’s helpful for anyone else! The car itself was exactly as described and the two car seats we requested were inside. Also saved a ton on gas since it’s a hybrid :)

Pickup location- Pickup location was definitely a good location once you under the directions and how to get there. Getting out of the airport and trying to find where to go was a little difficult, however once you read the instructions a couple of times and figure out where to stand for the shuttle pickup, it was very straight forward! Car Quality- The car was so clean and the host definitely keeps it up to date! As you are driving and even breaking you will hear just a bit of scrubbing, however the car was great for traveling! Host- Gary was amazing and very responsive even during the late nights when you needed to change some things around! He was super friendly as well! I will definitely be using him again if I am in the area!

Solid little car, pickup close to ship was able to be arranged for an additional fee. We did have to pay parking for the car when we were finished, which was disclosed after the booking, but before the pick up.

Corolla drove great, super easy pick up and drop offat the Parking Spot West. I booked within a few hours of pickup because flight was delayed and couldnt pick up my Hertz, closed at 1am. SwiftRentz hooked me up and saved the day at 3am. Couldn't have been happier. Other reviews complain about a few dings and bumper clips... get out of here! The corolla drives so nice, very peppy, very clean, and super affordable. Would rent again 1000%

I had a really great trip. Initially, located in the car was a bit of a challenge. But with the email communication between the host and -I and of course asking the airport staff, I was able to make my way from baggage claim to the Sky Train. Sky Train is great. The drop-off station was right at the car pick up location. The 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid did have some damage on the front driver side bumper and fender. I was able to note that with many pictures. My suggestion would be to place the damaged detail in the car selection menu for anyone who is going to be reserving the car ahead of time. The car itself performed magnificently. No problems at all. In fact, I was able to keep up with the very fast moving traffic in phoenix without any car issues at all. Check in and check out.Was very easy with the onside attendant, taking care of mostly everything. Thank you for a very good vehicle. Quick pick up and drop off ! Shuttle accessible easily and quick. I loved that I didn’t have to go through a parking garage and figure out what floor the car was on.
