Jame’s black Kia mini van was great! It worked Fantastic for our family of 5. I chose the pick up from “garage in Inglewood” due to Turo’s rules of having to pick up cars in a “budget parking” if you choose LAX (The budget parking can cost you up to $20 upon exit and you may have to order an uber because the busses to take you to the airport are unreliable) SO having a location pick up this close to LAX was great! It was about $18 for an uber to pick up the car. (Same to get back to airport - faster and cheaper than airport bus parking/pickup) Pick up was SO simple and smooth! James gave clear directions and instructions. (Post trip, when you’re going to end trip, you are requested to clean the car via the carwash location James provides. The car wash was so close to drop off so just give yourself like an extra 10mins for that when returning but it was so simply and smooth as well!) The car was fantastic overall and I would definitely use James and his cars for the future!!!

Great rental for my visit in Los Angeles/Burbank. Car quality: Car was in excellent condition, clean and just ready to go when I picked it up. The car was perfect for my two kids. I was able to clip in both the car seats in the middle row and I dropped the third row seating to allow for trunk space. I had two big luggages, a double stroller and it all fit perfectly in the trunk (with the third row down). The car was too fancy that it required type C chargers and not usb chargers so that sucked for me but otherwise it was a comfortable ride. Gas on this baby was great! Only had to fill it up once upon return!! And we were driving back and forth from Palmdale to LA. Pick up location: the pick up location/pick up process was easy. You go to where the car is parked, follow the pick up instructions and voila you have the car keys to the car and you will only need to pay for the parking upon leaving which wasn’t even $10. So not bad. Host: The host was responsive, helpful, friendly and reassuring. Which was really nice because it was one less thing to worry about. Thanks again!

I rented the 2025 Kia Carnival for a family trip, and it couldn't have been a better choice. The vehicle was immaculate, incredibly spacious, and loaded with all the tech and comfort features we could ask for. The ride was smooth and quiet, with plenty of power even when fully loaded. The 12.3-inch touchscreen made navigation and entertainment super easy, and the Apple CarPlay connectivity was seamless. My kids loved the roomy third row, and there was still tons of space for our luggage. The advanced safety features like blind-spot monitoring and the 360-degree camera gave me extra peace of mind while driving in unfamiliar areas. Plus, the hybrid model’s fuel efficiency was a huge bonus — we drove all weekend and barely touched the gas gauge! Overall, the 2025 Kia Carnival felt more like a luxury SUV than a minivan. I would absolutely rent it again and highly recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable, stylish, and reliable ride. The only downside is you won't get free pick up or drop off which is extra cost and that is too high.

This was my first time ever renting through Turo and it was the best experience! Jordan provided excellent pick-up and drop-off instructions and the Kia Forte was a great, reliable car! Thank you for helping make our week in Denver a breeze. Will definitely rent from Jordan again if in Denver again!!

I rented the Kia Soul and it was great. Clean exterior and interior has great ac and hooking up my iPhone to the Bluetooth was also easy. Just always do that before taking off. Easy to pick up and drop off the host gives you a link to the cars location and a link to the drop off location which is helpful if you are not from okc or familiar with the airport. I am originally from here but still appreciated that. Car ran smoothly and I appreciated the fact it was nonsmoking. Super friendly host. Didn’t have any issues. Would rent this car or another car from this host. As a person who is 6 foot tall there’s plenty of space in this car and I wasn’t sitting to close to the ground.

Perfect car! Comfortable, clean, and superior gas mileage! It was relatively easy and simple to pickup the car after landing at the SeaTac airport. All I had to do was take the Link Rail from the airport to the car's location. Clear directions, she even sent us a pic of where it was parked! Everything went smoothly. :) ~~~ Here are some highlights from my personal experience with the Kia Optima Hybrid: Pros: - Looks exactly like pictures, super super clean outside AND inside! Probably the cleanest Turo I've ever rented and that's saying a lot because it's a white car and probably hard to keep this clean! - Clear directions of the whole plan to get the car. Sent a photo of where it was parked closer to the time of arrival, so it was easy to find. - Compared to other cars, actually good legroom in the backseat! Which is partially why I got it, so my sisters could continue getting dressed on the way to our event if needed. - Sunroof was cool! No explanation needed! :) - Crazy good gas mileage because it's a hybrid! We drove to Ashford, WA and back for my best friend's Wedding (~160mi total) and it only used 1/4th of the tank and it only costed $27 to refill it! :D Cons: - A/C wasn't cold. Don't know if it's user error because I'm not used to driving a hybrid/modern car or what, but we tried everything we could and couldn't get it to blow cold air. It blew some air, but it was mostly warm. Luckily it wasn't too hot but there were a few times where I had to take off my shirt on the drive back because I was so hot. So not recommended for a hot summer day where you really need the A/C, but otherwise a really great car! Potentially the car just needs to be touched up with a bit of refrigerant/coolant! :) This should be an easy fix but just mentioning because it wasn't cold for my specific trip. - Scary getting the key from the lockbox in the back of the trunk. This is mostly my own personal gripe, because I startle at loud sounds. Getting the key from the trunk at the start of the trip, sucked for me because as I opened the trunk it started beeping really loudly as if I was stealing the car. I wish I had at least known to expect that. Getting the key would have been fine and easy, if I could have found the lockbox earlier. Unfortunately for me, the lockbox was black in a black trunk, so it took me a bit to find it, and so it continued to beep for a long time while I found where it was. But the process was pretty simple once I knew where the lockbox was, so maybe it's just user error again on my part. [I actually just rechecked the message with instructions for the lockbox, and it actually does say it's on the trunk lid, so I guess I just missed that word when looking at it. I think I got stressed when the car alarm went off and it made it harder for me to focus and read the instructions more clearly. Anyways that part is my bad. I still wish I had known it was going to beep in advance until I got the keys though!] - Car was a bit...slippery? Not a big deal, but my sisters told me that the car was very slippery and almost fell a couple times getting out of it. I also felt the same but thought I was imagining it or making a bigger deal than it actually was, until they mentioned it too. Just something to note about the car. :) ~~~ Overall, I loved our rental and would absolutely rent it again in the future if ever possible. The car quality was great, easy location pick up, great on gas!

The pickup location was easy to find and convenient! The host gave clear and helpful instructions for pick up and drop off. The only problem I had was the high beam headlight being out. Overall, it was a great experience.
