The car was great and service outstanding (battery needed jumping, likely our fault, and help came almost immediately, and easily took care of the issue). The car pickup was from a Parking Spot lot, offsite, but once we were familiar with the location, pick up and drop off was seamless. So satisfied, we already re-booked!

Communication with Hiro was smooth and easy from beginning to end. Easy pick up and return. The Mazda was great, very clean, well maintained, elegant, and surprisingly good on gas. It also had great speed and drove very smoothly, with excellent road visibility and really useful features. Overall, a really enjoyable driving experience. Highly recommended!

The car is in great condition and helped me get to my destinations on time and no trouble in this Mazda cx5! The ride was smooth and reliable on gas. The pick up location was easy to find and host was very helpful with pick up and drop off location. I had extended my trip through this app and doing so, was smooth and fast with zero problems after communicating. Overall I would book again with host!

Pick up was easy and convenient. We don’t like rental car places and this is easier than anything else. Car was in great shape and worked for exactly what we needed and was perfect. The car was very clean but it did have a faint smoke smell that went away so it wasn’t bad at all. It’s only 14 dollars but we weren’t expecting to pay 14 dollars to get out of the parking garage so there is that to expect. On location at the airport is a little misleading too and not the rentals fault. Expect to commute about 10-15 min on shuttle or car to get to the parking lot. Other than that everything was awesome and easy. Highly recommend!

This was the second time my family rented the mazda - I needed an SUV with AWD for the weekend, and David’s car was easy to pick up, clean, and came at a very reasonable price! As described, the car doesn’t come with much of the modern features (no carplay, no backup camera) which is something to keep in mind but those extra features were not things I needed. If anything, a simpler car is easier to figure out and my trip went smoothly.

Obie was an awesome host! This was our second time renting from him, and the process couldn’t have been easier. The location is great, especially if you’re coming from the airport. Just 1 stop on the blue line or a quick Uber ride. Pick-up and drop-off were seamless and hassle-free, and the on-site gas station made returning the car even easier, with one less stop (and some snacks for the flight home!) Most importantly, Obie genuinely cares about customer service. He maintains several vehicles and clearly takes great care of them. The Mazda was spotless and an all-around great ride. We’re looking forward to the next trip!

pick up location was a little confusing (its in the parking lot across the road, not on the street). car was good in that it was able to take me from point A to point B no problem. the bluetooth and audio system were a little finicky, so i gave up on trying to connect my phone to the car. overall really smooth experience picking up and dropping off the car!

Clear instructions on how to get to vehicle were sent in advance. From the airport, it took about 20 minutes on the shuttle to get to the car’s location at an off-site parking lot. Easy to pick up and drop off. Had no issues during the trip and did not need to contact the host. Not many features, as expected from the listing, but everything worked well. Was able to connect Bluetooth to my iPhone 16 with no issues. Came with an adapter in the cigarette lighter for both USB-A and USB-C chargers. Would recommend bringing a phone mount with you if you’d like to use your phone for navigation.

Awesome car and even more awesome host. The Mazda SUV was comfortable to drive. It is spacious. The host was also very responsive via phone and quickly arranged pickup and drop off between airport and car's location. Thanks turo

Pick up was smooth and easy. Key was available at the time of pick up. Car had no issues during the rental. Communication was great. Location pick up was easy, not sketch location, plenty of light. Met owner, very professional. Will recommend again and rent in the future.

I recently had a positive experience renting a vehicle through Turo from Oscar. The Mazda was in good condition and performed well throughout my trip. However, I did encounter some challenges with the drop-off and pick-up process at the airport location, which I believe could be improved through the Turo platform. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and would consider renting from Oscar again in the future. Thank you Oscar for providing a reliable vehicle thought my birthday week in Hollywood Florida !
