Sebastian was a great host once again. I rented his 2023 Mercedes-Benz S580, and the experience was top-tier from beginning to end. The car was beautiful, clean, smooth, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt luxury from the moment I picked it up. Sebastian’s communication was excellent, and pickup and drop-off were easy. I highly recommend renting from him and will definitely continue booking with him.

Pick up location was a short walk from the Dulles Terminal over in Garage 2. The airport pickup option was convenient and allowed me to get going quickly and avoid the usual shuttle bus + rental car counter experience. This Mercedes GLC 300 was a great ride. Luxurious and comfortable with a great sound system to enjoy on the road. Since it is also a hybrid gas mileage was very good averaging about 489 miles on a full tank. Ali the host was very responsive and helpful even when I forgot my wallet in the car and had to run back to grab it after drop off. Overall a great experience renting this car for my Dulles Trip.

I loved this fancy car , honestly I am thinking of buying a new GLC Mercedes after driving this car 😍 Also the pick up and drop off location is close to LAX , there is a shuttle service too from/to Airport (actually it’s few minutes from the airport) The owner is awesome he/she helpful and response with easy details on any question regarding the car . Would love to rent from this person again.

I reserved and paid in full for a Jeep Wrangler with a scheduled pickup on Sunday at 2:30 PM. One of the hosts had messaged me earlier saying I could check the vehicle out early, so I paid for a Lyft and headed over to the pickup location. Unfortunately, once I arrived, I was informed that the Jeep was not there and was not available. Naturally, that was frustrating given the circumstances. However, Mohammed and another team member immediately stepped in and offered to upgrade me at no additional cost. While I was upset initially, I genuinely appreciated how quickly they acknowledged the issue and worked to make it right. Because of their professionalism and willingness to accommodate the inconvenience, I canceled the original reservation and booked another vehicle with them instead. I ended up renting a Mercedes, which was absolutely perfect—so much so that I’m now seriously considering getting one myself or an SUV equivalent. When I returned the vehicle, I was greeted by George, the owner, who was already aware of what had happened. He took the time to personally speak with me and even shared his direct contact information for future rentals, which really meant a lot. Overall, things didn’t start off smoothly, but the customer service, accountability, and care shown by the team completely turned the experience around. That’s the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Thanks again, guys!

Great car! Car quality was everything you’d expect from a Mercedes. The car was parked at a designated location requiring a commute via shuttle. No issues, the Parking Spot shuttles picks you up from the vehicle, directly to the airport. Was a little hesitant at first, but as I write this review on the shuttle, it’s really simple. The host was great, responds quickly and very detailed with info regarding pick up and drop off. Great experience, would book again!

I had an excellent experience renting this Mercedes GLE! The car drove beautifully — smooth, powerful, quiet, and surprisingly comfortable for both city and highway driving. It felt premium in every way and made the whole trip more enjoyable. The host was great to work with, and I was able to drop the car off two hours early with no issues. Everything was clean and ready to go when I picked it up too. I would happily rent this exact car again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury SUV on Turo.
