We rented a 2013 Toyota Sienna and overall had a good experience with the vehicle. It performed well for most of our trip and was comfortable and reliable during our travels.
However, as soon as we started our journey, the engine warning light and traction control light came on, which was concerning. I also noticed a couple of instances where the transmission seemed to slip, particularly when holding the brakes at traffic lights and when driving downhill.
Despite these issues, the van got us to our destinations without any major problems, and our overall experience was positive. I would recommend having the warning lights and transmission checked to ensure the vehicle remains reliable for future renters.

The trip itself was enjoyable for my family, and the vehicle allowed us to complete our planned travel. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle at pickup.
When I received the car, several warning lights were already illuminated on the dashboard, including the Check Engine light, Traction Control (TRAC OFF), and Tire Pressure warning light. In addition, the vehicle appeared to have transmission-related issues. When stopping at traffic lights or stop signs, the vehicle would occasionally lurch forward and make a loud clunking noise while the brake pedal was fully pressed.
During the trip, the vehicle was parked by a valet service and unfortunately sustained damage to the left front fender. A claim was immediately reported, and I am currently awaiting a response from the valet company regarding responsibility for the damage.
I have uploaded photos documenting the condition of the vehicle and the damage that occurred during the trip. Overall, the family trip was successful, but I believe the vehicle would benefit from mechanical inspection and repairs before being rented again.
