The car was very clean, well maintained, and smooth to drive. Jacqueline almost always responds promptly, and communicates well. I wanted a couple of extra hours at the tail end without a heavy fees to shorten the wait at the airport but couldn't get that, insurance complication was mentioned, I didn't have time to go back and forth. Trying to change it in the app showed something like a $149 or so as additional, no thanks to that. Couple of hours makes a significant difference for visitors juggling between hotel check in/checkout, flight times, and trying to make the trip efficient. That was the only part I wish would be different - something the host and/or Turo to consider for improved customer experience. I used FSD for almost all of our drive (600+ Miles), this definitely worked better for us since we are unfamiliar with the roads, exists, and traffic pattern as visitors. It's a stress buster, safer, and takes away some of the fatigue involved with long trips such as our trip to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. I would say it is smart to include it for customers since it's safer for both parties, hopefully other hosts smarten up and realize the value of the monthly $99 Tesla charges and include it. The Sprinter was exactly as advertised and in great shape - very clean, no problems of any kind. It made a great car for our family of 8 adults - 4 couples - and associated luggage. It was so good to be together for the various places we visited through the week. The host was wonderful - answering every question and being patient with us given the limited number of times we have used Turo. He was gold.

Raja is a fantastic Turo provider. My family of eight used the Mercedes sprinter for an overnight trip to Page, AZ and the Grand Canyon. He made drop off and pick up very easy and worry free. Raja communicated all the details clearly. And the MB was clean and in beautiful condition. It handled the ride well and was quite comfortable for my family of eight. Raja also provided a clean and safe car seat for our two year old. I’ll book with him again for our next Vegas trip!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Incredible Tesla Experience! FSD Was a Game Changer! Renting this Tesla Model YL through Turo was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Zion National Park! The entire experience exceeded every expectation we had. The Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology was absolutely phenomenal! Watching the Tesla confidently navigate highways, winding roads, traffic, and our daily adventures to and from Zion was nothing short of incredible. It completely transformed our driving experience, making every excursion more relaxing, enjoyable, and surprisingly effortless. The Model YL itself was outstanding—spacious, comfortable, packed with technology, and an absolute pleasure to ride in. We genuinely looked forward to getting back in the car after each adventure! What started as simply renting a vehicle turned into an experience all its own. After spending several days with FSD, it’s hard to imagine going back to a traditional rental car! If you’re considering renting a Tesla with FSD, DO IT! You won’t regret it. This vehicle set an entirely new standard for our rental car experiences. Five stars aren’t enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This car was phenomenal. It was clean and in good condition and it made me want to upgrade my personal Tesla. I also truly appreciate it the full self driving as I have that on my own vehicles so it was very helpful. Navigating the Las Vegas area.. house was amazing and had quick responses on everything. And the vehicle was extremely well maintained seemed brand new..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing experience from start to finish! The Corvette was spotless and in excellent condition. It was delivered directly to our hotel, and we even had the option of dropping it off at the airport at no extra charge. The only problem… our suitcases didn’t fit in the Corvette! 😂🏎️ The prices were very reasonable for the type of car we rented. The owner was friendly, the instructions were clear, and everything was simple and well organized. We would definitely recommend them! A great way to enjoy the Corvette experience at an affordable price. Thanks for the excellent service! 😊

Our host, Fuller, was kind and easy to work with—great communication from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, clean, and in excellent condition. The highlight was definitely FSD—it was a game changer for our trip. It worked flawlessly all week and genuinely felt like having a second driver along for the ride. It made longer drives much more relaxed and enjoyable. After spending a week with the Model Y and FSD, it’s clear it’s a huge plus. Great experience start to finish. Michael very responsive on questions. Car very clean and tidy. Drive a Tesla so no problems there but self driving a must as it really helps on tricky junctions (I'm from the UK). Overall a great car hire, especially when compared to my previous SFO hire where I had to change cars twice before I could set off!

This was my first time using Turo. What an amazing experience!!!!! The host was extremely responsive and the car was amazing! Beautiful, clean and the perfect addition to our special weekend. The car was delivered early, right to my hotel. The host gave me a quick rundown of everything and even paired my phone to the car for me. Excellent service, honest, responsive and a really nice person!!!! I’d like to give him 100 stars! Look forward to my next Vegas trip!
