An amazing Van rental experience without going to the counter. Renter, easily handed me the keys and the 2025 mercedes benz, it was a pleasurable experience. I most definitely will rent again.

We rented this Mercedes Sprinter van to shuttle our family to my brother’s graduation and commissioning, and it was perfect for the occasion. Just rented this 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and it did not disappoint. Super spacious, clean, and perfect whether you’re traveling with a group or moving a lot of stuff. The ride is smooth for a van this size, and it feels really solid on the road. The interior is actually really nice—modern, comfortable, and has all the features you need. Parking and maneuvering were easier than expected too, especially with the cameras. Only thing is it’s a big vehicle, so if you’re not used to driving vans it might take a little getting used to—but overall, amazing experience. Would definitely rent again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great experience renting this 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a quick family trip to Niagara Falls. The host was super helpful and took the time at pickup to walk me through tips and tricks for operating the van, which made everything easy and stress-free. He was also very transparent about a dash light related to the high-mounted third brake light (the one at the very top). He pointed out that the regular brake lights were working normally, and explained the warning comes up because that top light was replaced with a reverse camera. Honestly, I really appreciated the heads-up, and I’d rather have the reverse camera anyway. The van was perfect for transporting our group of 9 comfortably. We rented during a snowstorm and briefly ended up on some unplowed roads, traction was a bit limited even with winter tires, but that’s expected for a big, heavy vehicle in those conditions. Overall, excellent rental and a genuinely nice, helpful host. Would definitely rent again!
