Amazing experience! The vehicle was clean, well maintained and as described. The host went above and beyond my expectations throughout the entire rental process. Communication was prompt and professional, pickup and drop-off were very very convenient at the airport, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Our trip to Banff was a bit hectic, but the vehicle pickup and dropoff were so easy and smooth taking a lot of stress off of us. We have more family visiting soon and we will most definitely recommend renting from Gurjeet as he likes to go above and beyond expectations.

This was our first experience using Turo and it could not have been better! It was so easy to walk out of customs, cross the street to the parking deck, and there was Ma’s van was waiting for us. I’m Korean, and this was my first trip to Calgary. I rented a Tesla with FSD, and it made driving very comfortable and enjoyable throughout the trip. The owner, Ken, was also very kind and helpful. He recommended great restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even better. If I visit Canada again, I would definitely rent a car through Turo again. Highly recommended!

Great host, easy pick up and drop off. Car was clean and fun to drive. Thought I would try an electric car and I did really like it but finding chargers was an absolute pain in the butt. In Okotoks there are no fast chargers and the only 2 nearby are Aldersyde were not working. Had to find a Tesla charger in Calgary. I would rent from the host again but NEVER would I rent an electric car again.

We had a great experience renting this Tesla for our Banff trip! The host was very communicative and helpful, and pickup and drop-off were easy. We stayed in Banff and charged in Canmore, which worked well for us. There’s also a wall charger included—just allow extra time since it charges more slowly. It started snowing on our last day, and the car handled it beautifully! We would happily rent again. Highly recommend!
