Tom was an excellent host and made our rental experience smooth and stress-free. He conveniently dropped off the Tesla Model X right at our location, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. We also really appreciated not having to worry about recharging the vehicle before returning it, making the entire process even more convenient. Throughout the trip, Tom was responsive and thoughtful, checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying the ride. The car is in great condition with paid Full Self Driving avalable to use. All the extras you might need such as snow brush, winter tires extra windshield washer fluid, electric tire pump. Pick up at the Calgary airport is supper easy and convenient (way easier than doing a traditional Avis/Hertz type car rental from the airport)
Akhilesh was helpful with the pick-up and drop-off. The truck was exactly what we needed for our golf trip, as the Tundra is extremely room and the tonneau cover came in handy (over renting from a car rental agency).
