We had an excellent experience renting Qian’s Tesla Model 3. The car was brand new condition, clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive. Qian was extremely responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout the trip. He even went out of his way to arrange a 110V mobile charger after I mentioned that our Airbnb did not have a 220V outlet. He also promptly notified us when there were charging or locking issues, which was very helpful. Pickup and return were smooth, and Qian was flexible and accommodating when our travel plans changed. The child car seat, phone mount, and Full Self-Driving access were also great additions. I highly recommend Qian and would gladly rent from him again!
The best Tesla host in the town maybe. Super valuable car. The car is pretty clean and FSD is easy to use. Really good for the trip. Host is also friendly, car pick up and return all really convenient.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience renting Spencer’s Tesla Model Y Performance! The car was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and incredibly fun to drive. It truly made our trip so much better. Spencer was also an amazing host — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire rental. Communication was always quick and clear, and both pick-up and drop-off were completely seamless and hassle-free. He made the whole process incredibly convenient. One of the biggest advantages is that the car can be delivered to UBC, which is extremely convenient for anyone in the UBC area who needs a car. If you’re a student, faculty member, or simply staying around UBC, I would highly recommend renting from Spencer. Overall, this was one of the smoothest and best Turo experiences I’ve had. Great car, great host, and outstanding service. Highly, highly recommended! I would absolutely rent from Spencer again.

Awesome Tesla. Great experience, great service from the AutoFlow Team. I will rent again! They respond quickly to your questions. They do not use a physical fob, but an app which is seamless. Kinda nice...since I am an old guy with phone worries🤔 But all good...you charge the Tesla at the Supercharger and the app bills your C/C. And when you approach the car with your phone, you can open the car door. So don't lose your phone!

Super comfortable and perfect for our trip. My son loved having the screen in the back to keep entertained and the van was amazing on gas, which is always a big bonus on any road trip!
