Communication with Mike was clear and to the point. Conditions about parking were not always clear; although we picked up the car in time, there was a $30 parking fee.
The car is wonderfull, although it needs service within 150km at pickup. Mike okayed driving the car while needing service.

Your scheduled arrival time from an international flight was 325pm and you scheduled your pickup at 4pm. Do you not take in account that you need to cross customs and immigration and collect your bags. I dropped the vehicle at 4pm and you exited past the 30min grace period well after 430pm. I understand your frustration, YVR parking fees are high. Plus, I tried to accommodate your 330 return time and waited 30mins before the actual 4pm scheduled time on your return. Range @670 but 571 @ return
