Epic ride, great service recovery! After my experience I can't recommend this host enough. The car was unfortunately not cñeaned prior to pick up. However, instead of making excuses, they got right to work and without asking offered a discount because they actually did care that the car wasn't in perfect condition. As per the car itself, there's some details as with any Rental cars but I honestly can't think of a better car to drive around Oahu. It truly was a magical experience.
The host was able to accommodate my last minute reservation. Pick-up was very easy and a short walk from my hotel in Waikiki. The vehicle was smaller than I expected but perfect for our short day trip as a family of 4. For kids with longer legs, I’d say this may be a tight squeeze and more uncomfortable for longer drives. The gas mileage was AWESOME at over 40 mpg. It was also very nice that the host included a phone stand to follow GPS instructions easily and also had a sun shade. Drop-off was a little odd as I had to pay for the parking meter on the street to drop off the car. All in all I highly recommend!

This car was amazing! I took us all over the island with no problem! People rent big jeeps and don’t realize the price of gas and have to spend $125 filling jeeps up, this car was amazing on gas and didn’t need to fill it up until we returned it a week later! The Ac and heater work well! This is my first turo and it was such a great experience! The host was amazing and helpful and gave us a gift upon arrival!

This was a last minute rental as the prior rental was wrecked the morning of our trip and we were notified that morning that they had to cancel the reservation. We got lucky that we were able to find this car the same day we were arriving in Hawaii. Car was clean, communications were excellent, and the price was reasonable. Couldn’t ask for a smoother transaction. Much appreciated and will definitely rent again!!!
