The RLX is a refined, roomy five-seat sedan — the brand's full-size flagship, built through the 2020 model year. Choose 310-hp V6 power or the 377-hp Sport Hybrid, and compare it with other Acura car rentals before you book.
On Turo, you book your RLX from a local vehicle owner and pick the model year and trim that suit your trip. Pickup and delivery options vary by listing, so you can plan the handoff around your schedule.

Pick your power: a 310-hp V6 or a 377-hp hybrid with three electric motors. The standard RLX pairs its 3.5-liter V6 and 272 lb-ft of torque with a 10-speed automatic and paddle shifters. The Sport Hybrid SH-AWD teams its motors with a seven-speed dual-clutch for 341 lb-ft of total system torque.
Both RLX trims keep their composure when the road starts to bend. The standard car uses Precision All-Wheel Steer (P-AWS), which lets each rear wheel independently adjust its toe angle for stability in turns. Picture a tight highway on-ramp — that's where P-AWS earns its keep.
The Sport Hybrid takes a different route to the same goal. Its Super Handling All-Wheel Drive uses one front motor and twin rear motors to drive all four wheels.
Want all-wheel drive for a long drive through changing weather? Look for the Sport Hybrid SH-AWD on the listing. Prefer a lighter, simpler setup? The front-wheel-drive P-AWS car is your match.
The RLX seats five, with 102.1 cu ft of passenger volume in both trims. That's full-size sedan room, so rear-seat passengers on an airport run or a long drive won't feel like an afterthought.
Trunk space depends on the trim. The standard RLX gives you 14.9 cu ft, while the Sport Hybrid offers 12.0 cu ft.
Packing for a group? The standard RLX is the roomier pick when you're packing several suitcases. Traveling light or riding with just one or two passengers? The Sport Hybrid's trunk handles weekend bags with ease. Check the trim on the listing before you book.
The RLX brings understated luxury to the moments that call for it. It's a polished pick for business trips, airport runs, weddings, and weekend getaways — plenty of presence without the flash. Browse it alongside other sedans on the Turo car rental marketplace and book the one that fits your plans.

Beyond power and space, the RLX packs standard driver assistance, premium audio, and a two-screen cockpit.
The 2020 RLX comes with AcuraWatch as standard on both trims, so you get a full suite of driver-assist tech whichever version you book. It covers collision mitigation braking, forward collision warning, lane keeping assist, and lane departure warning.
Road departure mitigation, blind spot information, and rear cross traffic monitor add more awareness. A multi-view rear camera helps when you're backing out. For highway stretches and stop-and-go traffic, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow and Traffic Jam Assist ease your workload.
The Sport Hybrid adds a surround-view camera — handy when you're easing into a tight parking garage spot. Booking an earlier model year? Check the listing to confirm which features your RLX has.
Both 2020 RLX trims wrap the cabin in 14 speakers, and the trim tells you which system you've got. The standard RLX runs ELS Studio audio. The Sport Hybrid steps up to Krell premium audio.
Either way, the full-size cabin gives you room to settle in, whether it's a podcast on the commute or a weekend playlist. Long highway drives feel shorter when the sound fills the room.
If audio ranks high on your wish list, check the trim on the listing before you book. It's the quickest way to know which system waits for you inside.
The RLX splits its dash tech across two screens. Up top, an eight-inch display runs navigation with 3D View, so your maps sit high and easy to read. Below it, the On Demand Multi-Use Display gives you a second touchscreen to work with.
The Sport Hybrid adds a head-up display, putting key information in your line of sight. It's one more reason to note the trim before you book.
The styling details carry outside, too. Jewel Eye LED headlights come on both trims, and RLX models from the 2018 refresh onward wear the Diamond Pentagon grille. Expect a sharp, modern face that still looks right at a wedding or a client dinner.

In the US, liability insurance is provided under a policy issued to Turo by Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company. Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. The policy does not provide coverage for damage to a host’s vehicle.
