Solid First Time Experiece! This was our first time using or have ever heard Turo. Was a bit hesitant at first the process went through smoothly! Volodymyr was punctual and was also very helpful. Our first trip here in St.Johns was great and having a vehicle to get around made it even more amazin I had an excellent experience renting this car. It was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. The owner is an awesome, friendly, honest, and easy to communicate with. He made our whole trip a smooth process from start to finish and was always quick to respond. Excellent service by Harpreet! Harpreet was very responsive to messages and was there to pick me up and drop me off at the airport and help me with my luggage! When I needed to extend my rental due to a flight delay Harpreet was very flexible and understanding. The car was clean, modern and easy to drive, with hookup for my iPhone. So glad to have the chance to rent this great car from Manaar, we had to change the time due to something unexpected but they were so supportive, Manaar and her partner were there to help, she’s really nice and considerate!!! The car was in a great condition and easy to operate, they left charging cables, cleaning kits, and permit for us to use. A good car would make road trip a lot easier, we had a great time in Newfoundland, thank you again!!!

Good overall - however the car had some prior scratches all over and front passenger wheel well/fender was zip tied, didn’t have A/C working at the time, got the job done for a 600km round trip
We had an excellent experience with the Mini and Jen the host. Car was perfect for touring around town and out exploring, drove excellent and was comfortable for two of us for a 3 day trip.
