Heather was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Darin was at the car when we picked it up and told us about the car and great stuff about St. John's. The car was a very nice Cadillac CTS. Heather and Darin pointed out some previous damage to it which had a temporary fix and did offer us a different vehicle if we wanted which we declined. The car was very comfortable, quiet, and got reasonably good gas mileage. We would rent a car from Heather and Darin if we ever traveled back to St John's.

The car was comfortable and reliable, and Hamed was helpful and friendly in both pickup and return. Overall a great experience, especially when there was literally nothing available from traditional car rental companies. My only note—and I’d have given 4.5 stars if that were an option—is that the car was very “personalized” or “lived in” in a way that wasn’t comfortable for a rental. I’d suggest seat covers, ornaments, dash cams, and other trinkets and attachments be removed before handing a car over to the next renter.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car through Turo from Amid during my first visit to Newfoundland, CA, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked the rental, Amid was incredibly accommodating and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The car was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained, which made my travels all the more enjoyable. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Amid's personal touch. Not only did he provide the rental for 23 days, but he also took the time to recommend some fantastic restaurants in the area. His local insights made my trip even more memorable. Amid went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his efforts. If you’re looking for a top-tier rental experience, I highly recommend renting from Amid. You won’t be disappointed!
