The car was comfortable and reliable, and Hamed was helpful and friendly in both pickup and return. Overall a great experience, especially when there was literally nothing available from traditional car rental companies. My only note—and I’d have given 4.5 stars if that were an option—is that the car was very “personalized” or “lived in” in a way that wasn’t comfortable for a rental. I’d suggest seat covers, ornaments, dash cams, and other trinkets and attachments be removed before handing a car over to the next renter.
Nick was great to deal with, I had to rush to look for a rental as my vehicle broke down on TCH. Responded very quickly, and was more than willing to accommodate when I needed extra time to wait for my vehicle from garage. Car was a joy to drive, handled excellent on the highway. Great little car for anyone who misses driving manual or just wanting for a little joy ride. Would highly recommend
Jaspal and his wife went above and beyond to accommodate us! We found ourselves in trouble and they bailed us out by delivering the car to us and then at the end of our trip took us to the airport
The host was great! Ahmed gave us some good tips on what to see on our trip and was very helpful when we experienced difficulties with TURO. The car was clean and reliable and good on gas (which is a real plus these days!) So, Ahmed and the car get a 5 star rating; our dealings with TURO- 2 stars at most.
