They were understanding and flexible, which we really appreciated. They also responded quickly to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a successful trip. Grand's van was very clean and delivered right on time. He even came back to drop off items our toddler hid in the back seat. It was a seamless and high service experience and would easily rent from Grand again.
My whole family visited from Ireland and this car was perfect! Grand was great, very easy to communicate with and added a car seat last minute which really helped us out. Would highly recommend for a family needing a reliable car. Will definitely book again. Thanks for the great service Grand :)
