Nissan rental in Nanaimo, BC

The Nissan Altima was great. Good mpg, clean, lots of power, great response time. The car needed to be picked up at an off site location called, economy car rental at 2367 India street. A proximity 2 1/2 miles from the airport. You will need to find a ride to their location. The price of taxi will be $30, however we took the free shuttle to the car rental center then walked 20 minutes the rest of the way. The team at this location did a great job, fast, friendly, polite, and after returning they able to offer a ride back to the airport. We would rent this Altima again, and I would recommend this vehicle.

Vehicle was clean and exactly as described, added bonus of included phone chargers in the console was very helpful. Hosts were initially not as communicative as previous reviews mentioned and I was worried I would have issues with the pickup or rental overall. However, once hosts sent message with pickup instructions, they became more responsive with quicker replies. Gas mileage is to be expected for an SUV, I used just over 600 of my allotted 800 miles during my booking. Vehicle was able to fit an Aventon e-bike with the back seats down, so plenty of space if you’re planning on adventuring. For a last minute reservation after an unexpected car rental cancellation, very pleased and would book again!

Highly recommend! First of all Rigid was very helpful from the beginning. I wasn’t exactly sure what days I would be arriving at GSO so I had to keep rescheduling the rental, but Rigid was very understanding and willing to work with me! Very well communicated from making the reservation to returning the car. Very easy pickup, the car was dropped off right outside the arrival level, so no long walk to the parking lot or rental car center etc. Clean car with good mpg! Will definitely rent again next time I coming through GSO airport!

Excellent experience! The Nissan Rogue 2024 was clean, comfortable, and in perfect condition. The car drove smoothly, had great acceleration, and was very reliable throughout my trip. It smelled fresh and was well maintained. The entire rental process was easy and stress-free. Everything went perfectly from pickup to drop-off. After uncertainty with an Enterprise car rental reservation, I was forced to look for other options, and that’s when we found Samantha’s Nissan Rogue Sport. Once we verified our Turo account, it was an easy transaction and a comfortable feeling knowing that our travel plans were still happening. I had the pleasure of renting the 2026 Nissan Kicks from RUMET and the experience was amazing from start to finish! The vehicle was very clean, modern, comfortable, and drove extremely smooth. The option of Renting this Nissan Frontier pick up truck appeared at first glance like an “anxiety-reducing opportunity”, and here’s the reason why: -Pretty much all of the other trucks of the same type (with the oversized compartment in the back) are advertising for over $200 at the minimum, and quite often for just 24 hours. -In addition to the relief I felt as I noticed that this one was reasonably priced, the pick up location came as an unexpected bonus. Basically, there are a great number of car dealerships, most if not all, located one next to the other, occupying about a mile-long segment of the main road connecting Colma and Daly City called Serramonte Blvd. Thus, after dropping my car at the Volkswagen dealership on Serramonte blvd, being able to access this rental, located only about a mile away was a pleasant surprise. Especially when you combine that with the affordable price. - Lastly, the communication with the truck owner was easy and the details provided were quite thorough; which altogether made for an “anxiety-reducing” experience overall😀👍🙏. Absolutely awesome experience! This Nissan Pathfinder exceeded expectations in every way. The SUV was spotless inside and out, smelled fresh, and looked almost brand new. The exterior was stylish and well maintained, and the interior was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The car drove amazingly smooth with excellent handling, strong acceleration, and a very quiet ride on both city roads and highways. The seats were super comfortable even during long drives, and there was plenty of legroom for everyone. The suspension handled bumps really well, making the ride relaxing and enjoyable. I loved all the features this Pathfinder came with — the AC cooled quickly, the sound system was great, Bluetooth connected easily, and the backup camera and safety features made driving very convenient. There was also a lot of cargo space for luggage, shopping bags, and travel essentials, which made it perfect for family trips and vacations. Fuel efficiency was surprisingly good for a large SUV, and the vehicle felt very safe and reliable the entire trip. Everything worked perfectly, and you can tell the owner takes great care of the car. The host was also fantastic — very responsive, professional, and made pickup/drop-off quick and hassle-free. Overall, one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely rent this Nissan Pathfinder again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, powerful, and dependable SUV!

Cars of Jax is a great option for your car rental needs—short or long term. The location was easy to find with a variety of rental options ranging from cars to suvs. The suv I rented was fully loaded, clean, and was great for work and travel needs. Communication with the owner was perfect: all questions and concerns were addressed in less than 10 minutes. Cars of Jax is my favorite host to rent vehicles from, and I will be a returning customer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience – highly recommended! I rented Jean’s 2025 Nissan Pathfinder for two weeks, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The car worked perfectly and was the ideal size for our group of five, including two children. It was very clean, in excellent condition, and extremely easy and comfortable to drive. The price was also very fair for the quality of the vehicle and the overall experience. Jean is a fantastic host. He was very helpful with a few questions I had at the beginning of the trip and always replied quickly. Pickup and drop-off were both smooth and easy, and communication throughout the rental was excellent. We had absolutely no issues. As an extra gesture, Jean even dropped off a car seat for my nephew at the hotel where we I was staying near Miami, which made a big difference for us and was greatly appreciated. I’m truly grateful, as having this SUV made it possible for my family and me to have an amazing vacation in Florida. I would not hesitate to rent from Jean again in the future. In fact, we’re already planning to come back in a couple of years, and I would love to rent this vehicle again if it’s available. Thank you very much, Jean, for everything!

I had a really great experience renting this 2019 Nissan Altima. The car was very dependable and drove smoothly the entire time, which made my trip stress free. Everything about the rental process was handled professionally, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow from start to finish.The only downsides were that the radio volume button on the dashboard didn’t work, so I had to use the steering wheel controls to adjust the volume. Also, the regular headlights weren’t working, so I had to drive with the high beams on.Other than those minor issues, I was very satisfied with the rental and host. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to others looking for a reliable ride.10/10 experience!!!!!

I needed a car quickly and this one was available at a perfect price. Car was clean, gas was full and it ran fine and did its job. I also had to drop the car off early and the owner was ok with that. Would definitely rent a car from this person again!

I had an excellent experience renting this 2017 Nissan Altima. Everything about the trip went smoothly, and the vehicle was exactly what I needed. With gas prices being higher these days, one thing I truly appreciated was the Altima’s great fuel mileage. It was perfect for my trip and helped me travel comfortably without constantly worrying about fuel costs.
