This was my first time using Turo, and the experience couldn't have gone better! I rented Abbey's Hyundai Santa Fe and drove from Moncton to Boston and back. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, reliable, and made me feel safe throughout the entire trip. Abbey was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Before I left, she took the time to show me how to use the cruise control, which I really appreciated since I wasn't familiar with that feature. It made the long drive much more comfortable. Both pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
