Abbey Rent is a good host for rent a car. The car is clean and the smell is good which is I like the most. Renting from Abbey was one of the best decisions we made on our trip to New Brunswick. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating from start to finish. Unfortunately, on our last day I hit a pothole, which resulted in a flat tire and a bent rim. Thankfully, the car had a spare tire and all the necessary tools, so we were able to change it and make it back safely. Abbey was extremely understanding, reassured us when we were stressed, and even drove us to the airport because we were running late for our flight. What I appreciated most was how honestly and fairly he handled the situation afterward. The amount he charged for the repair was very reasonable, and he clearly wasn’t trying to take advantage of the situation. Great car, amazing host, and a genuinely good person. I’m definitely coming back to New Brunswick (I still need to see the whales!), and I’ll absolutely rent from Abbey again. Highly recommend!

Before I left, she took the time to show me how to use the cruise control, which I really appreciated since I wasn't familiar with that feature. It made the long drive much more comfortable.
