Great customer service, friendly and nice. Easy to talk to and fast to reply ! Over all the car got me to my destination and back ! So for that it’s a 5 star.
Where it lost a star…. The car I rented wasn’t as lovely as the photo shows. It’s a well used car. I’d call her old Betsy, the door hinges lack so doors would slam shut on the kids. Cig burns in backseat, AC worked only when it wanted to, it was very smelly inside (clean but smelly strong food like spices smell and smell stuck to my hands from the steering wheel )
But again that’s my opinion and dealing with host was all good. Car rental places weren’t available so this option was very convenient. 👍🏼😄 thank you
