This was my second time renting with them, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I was a little hesitant at first because I’m used to driving a Tesla, and this was my first electric vehicle from another brand. They were incredibly patient, always available by phone or message whenever I had questions about charging, and they even checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well. They also went above and beyond by driving me home after I returned the car. The vehicle was a pleasure to drive, honestly just as enjoyable as my Tesla, and the level of customer service was simply outstanding. If I ever rent through Turo again, it will definitely be with them. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ivan for an excellent long-term car rental experience. It was my first time renting a car for such a period, and everything went as smoothly and comfortably as possible. I rented the car for about three weeks. What stood out the most was that at the very beginning I made a mistake with the booking dates and arrived to pick up the car on the wrong day. Ivan immediately stepped in, contacted customer support himself, helped resolve the issue quickly, and made sure everything was corrected properly. Thanks to this, I was able to start my rental without any stress. Throughout the entire rental period, the car was in excellent condition — clean, well maintained, and very pleasant to drive. Overall, the service was at a very high level, everything was organized clearly and professionally. Great experience with this Hyundai Ioniq! The car was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable to drive. As an electric vehicle, it was excellent on mileage (range), making it very efficient and easy on charging (download Flo app in advance for easy recharging). Everything worked perfectly, and it was a smooth, quiet ride throughout my trip. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a reliable and economical EV, with easy contactless check-in, pickup and drop off, and great communication with the host. Would happily rent again!
