I received a lot of messages reminding me on what to do since I am a first timer using the app and talking the host over the phone gave me assurance the the car that I am renting is good to go and made me feel that I am safe during my travel. This was my first time using Turo, and the experience couldn't have gone better! I rented Abbey's Hyundai Santa Fe and drove from Moncton to Boston and back. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, reliable, and made me feel safe throughout the entire trip. Abbey was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Before I left, she took the time to show me how to use the cruise control, which I really appreciated since I wasn't familiar with that feature. It made the long drive much more comfortable. Both pickup and drop-off were smooth and convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Pickup was very easy and Olakunle was flexible when we we miscalculated about how long it would take us to make our way out of the airport. The car was clean and generally in good shape. A few cracks in the body that he pointed out before we left. We found the car very comfortable, though the brakes could use a bit of attention (which I will point out to Olakunle).
