Pick up and drop off was contactless, quick and easy! Car was fantastic, very clean when we got it, and it drove great. Host was responsive and polite. Highly recommend and would rent again!

At first, the car looked to be in great condition. It was clean, smelled fresh, and appeared to be well maintained, which initially gave us a good impression.
However, once we got onto the highway, we noticed significant vibrations, especially at speeds above 80 km/h. It felt like the wheels were badly out of balance or in need of alignment. Braking also felt unusually stiff, which made the driving experience less comfortable. But by then we were already outside of Toronto. This rating is based solely on the condition of the car, not the host. The host was communicative, responded promptly to all of our messages, and made both pickup and drop-off easy. When we returned the car, he acknowledged the issue and said he would have the wheel alignment and balancing taken care of. Hopefully, the car will be in much better condition for the next renter.
