Some cons and pros.
Cons:
- this is not an suv, even though thats what i searched for on the app, this is a car with a hatchback essentially
- pick up and drop off was not at the airport as I requested, its was down a train line to an off site lot affiliated with the airport. (I did not want to have to lug all my things around to get this car and therefore chose to get it at the airport, this was not the case)
- made me keep receipts for the fuel grade I put in
- disclosed after that if i took a toll highway I would be charged another % on-top of the toll charge
- usb ports in the car did not work for me
All this added friction to the trip. I did not feel like I was the client in this experience.
Pros:

- prompt responses
- the car was nimble and fun to drive
Valu Park garage is part of Pearson airport. Not only is it part of the airport it is one of three authorized Turo locations to be used. You should research this before accusing us of improper delivery.

The host was very easy to deal with, clear instructions and quick response times! Car was very easy to find at pickup location and lockbox was easy to use. The car was great, very clean and well taken care of although a slight vibration at highway speeds, very comfortable and smooth drive otherwise! The addition of a snow brush in the rental would be greatly beneficial for future renters!
Hi. Snow brush and an extra jug of windshield wiper fluid was in the trunk under the lid. We uploaded a pre trip photo of it.

Great service and beautiful car

Its a good car, nice fuel efficiency and perfect acceleration. But when you drive you feel that the drive isnt much smooth. I guess the shocks are worn, feel bumps more harshly. The sound is often a clunking or rattling noise, especially on highway or normal roads. Small small bumps on road become very noisy and you can feel it.
Thanks for the feedback. While we never had any of our guests mention that we will get it checked. :)
