The Car was really clean. The pick up was smooth without any hassle. He even offered to pick up the car at the time of delivery from my house which helped me a lot. He was easy to communicate with for any queries. Overall best service.

Andrea was one of the best guests I’ve ever had the pleasure of hosting! She was extremely nice, respectful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire trip. I’m sorry, you were disappointed but I would like to clarify what happened for future guests the original reservation was from September 15-19 with Delivery requested I arrived at the agreed location 8 am contacted you several time and waited until 10 am without receiving any response from your end then I contacted Turo and they also try to reach out to you no respond Turo ultimately cancel the trip and The charge and the cancellation handled by Turo not by me thank you
