Overall, the experience was good, but the process could have been clearer. When I arrived at the location, I was expecting to meet someone for the handoff (as mentioned in a previous message), but no one showed up and there were no check-in instructions provided. However, they responded quickly when I reached out, and I was able to pick up the car without much delay.
For the return, I also didn't receive any prior instructions, so I left the car in the same spot where I picked it up. The customer service was responsive and helpful, though communication could be improved. The car itself was in good condition, although it was a bit dirty.
I do appreciate that they accepted my last minute reservation, which was very helpful.
