This was my first cancellation. The trip was booked far in advance, and unfortunately I had not blocked those dates when the vehicle’s future availability became uncertain, as it may no longer be in my fleet at that time. I cancelled nearly six months in advance to give the guest plenty of time to make other arrangements. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
