Reliant car, easy pick-up and drop off, tank was full and the car was clean except for a stain on the windshield we could not take off. We had one issue: the wipers were in poor shape. We had a few rainy days and it was quite dangerous to drive. We explained the issue to Winny, who offered to replace the wipers if we could swing by Vancouver, but we were already far off. I would have felt safer driving in the rain if she had let us change the wipers before the end of our trip.

Thanks for reeting. Regarding the wipers, as shown in our chat history, when you brought the issue to our attention, we offered to replace them right away if you could pass by our home. Since you mentioned you were on Vancouver Island, you never asked or suggested purchasing and replacing them yourself locally. Had you requested that, we would have gladly authorized it and reimbursed you immediately. As soon as you returned the car, we replaced them with brand-new ones. We appreciate your feedba
