There was a lot of flexibility to pick up and drop off the car which I appreciate, however the car was not fully charged and we had to stop mid trip to charge for one hour

Happy to host you! Since this was a last-minute booking, the car wasn’t fully charged at pickup. I wasn’t expecting you to return it with a full charge, as Turo’s policy requires the same charge level as pickup. Even if it had been fully charged, it would still need to be charged before return. Elika is responsive in communication. Whenever I sent the message, she replied in a short time. I was late with my flight and she managed adjusting the time and allowed me picking up the car at later time. Thanks again Elika!
