Paid for premium pickup/drop off and he was pushy about the times to meet me… (isn’t the convenience of express pickup/drop off what I’m paying for??). felt scammy to be asked to indicate that I was being picked up at the hotel instead of the airport so he could avoid fees. Car did its job.

Thank you for the feedback! I'll take it under consideration. I am sorry the instructions weren't clear. Regarding "low tire pressure": the car was delivered in perfect condition, but sustained an irreparable flat tire during your trip, which I replaced out of pocket.
