Overall, the car was nice and in good condition. The trunk could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t a big issue for me.
The pick-up process was very easy and convenient. I simply arrived at the car on time, messaged Emmanuel, and he remotely unlocked it for me. He also guided me through messages on where to find the key, so I could check in by myself and start my trip smoothly.
Emmanuel was very responsive and always replied to my messages quickly. Overall, a smooth and convenient rental experience!

The car itself was great and drove well.
Main concern was we planned pickup and drop off at union station but host asked us to pick from his house. It was not bad and worked but would have preferred if this was stated beside the booking. We did need to Uber to and from the pickup. Also car was not very clean and still dirty especially the trunk area. Overall it was good but a few minor inconveniences. Also host doesn’t meet for pickup or drop off.
They are flexible with return time and easy going.
