RK was great to communicate with. The car was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Overall, a great rental experience. I would definitely recommend RK!

Great car, Host was very responsive and easy to talk with.
No issues with pickup or drop off.

Second time using the car, always so clean and well kept! Will definitely book again!

The host was super responsive and kind, even when we had to make an emergency stop due to a small maintenance issue that I’m sure he’ll take care of soon!
Will definitely rent again!

The pickup was seamless, and the host was responsive throughout the trip. The car drove well overall; however, the battery needs to be replaced.
This issue became apparent about halfway through our trip. After running the AC for just a few minutes with the engine off, the car would no longer start. I had to call a service to boost the battery. They told me that it was the original battery that came with the car, so it was passed due that it needed to be changed as there wasn't much battery life left. Thereafter I was careful not to use any lights, charge my phone, or run the AC while the engine was off and was able to use the car until the end of my trip without further issues.
I might rent this car again in the future if the battery issue is resolved.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, Rebecca. We’re glad the pickup was seamless and that the vehicle served you well overall. As an older vehicle, extended accessory use while the engine is off can cause battery drainage, but we completely understand how inconvenient this was. The battery has since been replaced and the issue has been fully addressed. We appreciate your understanding and would be happy to host you again!
