I’ve had the vehicle for over a month, and while it performs well overall, there were a few concerns. It was delivered in an unclean condition, the all-season tires had only about 30% life remaining (not suitable for winter), and there was noticeable cabin air noise. It also appeared the vehicle was due for servicing prior to delivery. I hope future vehicles are properly cleaned, serviced, and fully road-ready before handover. Thanks
I'd like to clarify a few points. The vehicle was cleaned prior to delivery, though winter conditions can cause salt residue to return quickly. Tire type and condition were clearly listed before booking. As mentioned on our call, freezing rain was affecting traction for all vehicles at the time. The car was not due for service and had no warning lights, and it went on another trip shortly after with no issues. We appreciate your feedback but false reviews can hurt future guests!
