Car was good. Unfortunately we had to send several messages requesting the exact location of the vehicle and the code to get in, as that information was not sent prior to our pick up time. We received the necessary information 30 minutes after our booked pick up time.

The car was in great condition and super clean, communication was easy. Would prefer to pick up from mainland next time, as pickup from island is slightly confusing. I'm sure the hosts would accomdate that. We had a great trip overall!

Car is very nice and spacious. In general everything was fine. I’d appreciate an early advice on the exact spot where the car was parked and the passcode to open the lock box. It’s a pretty large parking lot with few sections and was also quite full. Hard to find the car with 3 luggages, 2 carryons and 2 backpacks, especially when it got dark pretty quickly after 8:30pm.
