SEVERE PRIVACY VIOLATION AND TRACKING HAZARD
Do not rent this vehicle. While the car itself ran fine, we discovered an undisclosed AirTag hidden inside the vehicle actively tracking our location throughout our trip.
When confronted, the host lied and denied owning it. It was only after I forced him to open his "Find My" app and trigger the AirTag's sound, which immediately went off in front of us.
He then tried to make up excuses, blaming his wife for "keeping tabs" on him to cover up the fact that he was secretly tracking us.
This is a massive safety concern, a breach of privacy, and extremely dishonest behavior. Stay away from this host.

It’s unfortunate that this guest left such a misleading review after I refused a 1:00 a.m. return, especially after he arrived one hour late for pickup. Regarding the AirTag, it alerts users when detected, and he was free to raise the concern and return the vehicle immediately. Instead, he continued the rental for three full days. If this was truly a serious safety concern, it is difficult to understand why he voluntarily continued the trip for three days.
