I originally booked another luxury car from Brian, however there was some issues with that car amd it was not available on the day of my pick up. Brian and his son were communicative and proactively offered different solutions. I ended up booking this GMC suv. The pick up and drop off were smooth, Brian and his son were great, went above and beyond to help me out because I needed the car for a special occasion. Of course I would had still preferred to have the other car for this occasion but sometimes things are outside eof our control.
