Good communication, on time and great SUV!
It was a smooth experience from the first message till drop off. The car was clean and working like brand new. It is a good option for SUV as it has safety features, ample space and very good on mileage.
I would rent again!

Communication with the host was very difficult. My flight arrived early, and I asked him to please drop off the car early. He said yes and Turo charged me over $80 for that request, and the host arrived more than 40 minutes late still they still charged me the extra. He was supposed to return the car immediately to avoid paying for parking since the first 30 minutes were free at that parking space, but he forgot to tell me he couldn't see my ID, only my husband's. He decided to tell me that when he was giving me the car, but since he couldn't fix the situation because Turo wasn't responding, even when I showed him my ID on my profile was updated. We waited for him to fix that issue on his end for over an hour, just for him to sort things out with Turo. The parking cost me over $29, and he gave me a $14 refund. I clearly told him in person that my flight was leaving at 6:00 AM and that I would let him know what time I would return the car. He said there was no problem to just let him know. Then, when I told him, he said he couldn't receive it until 7:30 AM. I told him I would miss my flight. My flight was booked, that I would leave the key in the gas, and then he told me I could leave the key in the car, and then he sent me a parking receipt for $67. I felt ripped off. Next time, to get more responsibility and professionalism, I'll go with Enterprise, which is who I used for years and never had a problem. Turo only has AI chat that asks you the same questions over, and over again and doesn't help you avoid being overcharged, or giving you peace of mind. I was one whole day panicking not getting an answer and not knowing what to do with the key. Unnecessary stress for sure... I did rent with Turo one time before and the host was so empathetic and understood , and was prompt to answer concerns, the only thing he sent me an invoice of $20 for a ramp pass or something like that but he charged me or Turo charged me over $70

I’d like to clarify that your booking was from 10 AM to 10 AM, but you requested both an early pickup(short notice) and a 3:30 AM return outside the reservation time. I still adjusted my schedule to help. There was also a delay because the uploaded ID(your husband) did not match the primary guest(yourself), and I spent over an hour with Turo support resolving it instead of cancelling the trip. I always try my best to accommodate guests whenever possible.
