The Highlander was excellent, clean, hybrid so great gas mileage, and perfect size for my mountain bike trip. Additionally, the host was very timely in his responses and super flexible with return times. I really appreciated his patience with me as I changed the time twice and he was fine with it. Lastly, this was very convenient from the Vancouver Airport, I met the host right in the parking lot.
